Golden Strength is a beginner-friendly, 2-day-a-week lifting program designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence - no matter your age or experience level. This isn’t about lifting heavy weights or chasing numbers. It’s about moving safely, feeling capable, and thriving in your body at any stage of life.
Join me and my 77- and 86-year-old parents as we demonstrate that strength, balance, and mobility can be cultivated at any age. This program emphasizes simple, effective movements that you can do at home or in the gym, with minimal equipment.
What You’ll Get:
